Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

FREE SHIPPING may be offered on qualifying orders and promotional periods.


International Shipping

USGOTE currently ships to selected international destinations.

International delivery estimates:

  • 7–21 business days

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT fees

  • Additional local charges

USGOTE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

After shipment, tracking information will be emailed automatically.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, USGOTE is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

USGOTE is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to our support team.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Packaging photos


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (if applicable)

  • Restricted regions where carrier service is unavailable
